Advertising Policy and Booking Terms V1

You are responsible for the campaign.

• You must be authorized to advertise the project, token, brand and creative you submit.
• You must own or have permission to use all names, trademarks, logos, images and other campaign material.
• Squink-token placements must use a canonical launch that is eligible for advertising and associated with the creator profile/wallet required by the product.
• You must provide accurate campaign information and a destination you control or are authorized to promote.

Unsafe or deceptive advertising is not allowed.

• No phishing, malware, wallet drainers, credential theft or malicious code.
• No impersonation, fraudulent claims, deceptive interfaces or misleading affiliation with Squink, Ink or third parties.
• No attempts to conceal the final destination, bypass moderation or materially change a destination after approval to evade policy.
• No content that violates applicable law, infringes third-party rights or creates an unreasonable safety risk for users.

Slots use server-authoritative time windows.

Each physical advertising slot has its own booking queue. The Squink server calendar is authoritative for availability, start time and end time. A currently occupied slot may be booked for its next available window. A temporary hold does not become a confirmed booking until the required payment is verified.

The order snapshot controls the amount.

Before payment, the order snapshots the exact price in wei, Commercial Fee Wallet, duration, slot, commercial configuration and policy evidence. Payment must be sent in native ETH on Ink Mainnet from the advertiser wallet to the snapshotted Commercial Fee Wallet for the exact amount shown in the order.

Onchain receipt evidence is authoritative.

• The transaction must succeed on Ink Mainnet.
• The sender must match the advertiser wallet attached to the order.
• The recipient must match the order’s snapshotted Commercial Fee Wallet.
• The transferred value must exactly match the expected wei amount.
• A transaction hash may not be reused for another advertising order.

Creative must remain suitable for the booked slot.

External campaigns must use Squink’s supported content-addressed banner upload path and an HTTPS destination. Advertisers are responsible for image quality, text accuracy and destination availability. Squink may enforce file, aspect-ratio, size and presentation requirements to protect homepage quality and responsiveness.

Safety controls continue after payment.

Squink may hide, suspend or remove advertising that is malicious, deceptive, unsafe, materially misleading, technically compromised, subject to credible abuse reports or otherwise in violation of these terms. Moderation action does not erase historical booking or payment evidence.

Policy removals are not refundable.

Fees are not refunded when an advertisement is removed because the advertiser, creative or destination violates these terms. Any exceptional refund or service-credit decision outside that case must be expressly approved by Squink and is not automatic merely because a campaign was reported or reviewed.

Advertising inventory is provided as available.

Squink does not guarantee uninterrupted display, traffic, clicks, conversions, token activity or any commercial result. Short interruptions caused by maintenance, chain/RPC disruption, browser/network conditions, security response or other operational events do not convert the placement into an endorsement or performance guarantee.

Advertisers remain responsible after the click.

Third-party websites, applications, contracts and wallets are outside Squink’s control. The advertiser is responsible for keeping its destination secure and materially consistent with the campaign. Users should independently evaluate any promoted project before connecting a wallet or transacting.

Commercial evidence may be retained.

Squink may retain immutable or append-only records relating to order creation, accepted terms, content fingerprints, booking windows, payment receipts, moderation actions and reports for security, dispute handling, accounting and operational audit purposes.

Future bookings may use a newer policy version.

Squink may update advertising policy for later bookings. Each order records the release-supported policy version and policy hash applicable when the order was created. Existing evidence remains tied to the terms snapshot recorded for that order.
