Check Subscription Terms V1
These terms govern paid Blue and Gold Check subscriptions for individual Squink Launch tokens. They explain the subscription, payment, moderation and risk boundaries before an Ink Mainnet purchase is created.
A Check is a commercial visibility status, not a safety rating.
A Blue or Gold Check can add an official Squink check, Verified discovery eligibility and package-specific promotional benefits. It is not KYC, an audit, a smart-contract security review, a token-safety certification, financial advice, an investment recommendation or a guarantee of legitimacy or performance.
Every subscription applies to one token contract.
Confirm the token address, package and billing term before payment. A purchaser may buy a Check for a token they do not control, including as a gift.
Monthly is 30 days. Yearly is 365 days.
A confirmed purchase starts from payment confirmation unless an active Check already expires later. In that case the renewal extends from the existing active expiry.
The order snapshot controls the exact amount.
The order records the package, term, exact wei amount, Commercial Fee Wallet and commercial configuration. Payment is native ETH on Ink Mainnet from the connected purchaser wallet to the snapshotted Commercial Fee Wallet.
Onchain receipt evidence is authoritative.
- The transaction must succeed on Ink Mainnet.
- The sender must match the purchaser wallet.
- The recipient and exact value must match the order snapshot.
- A transaction hash cannot be reused for another Check order.
- Squink has no server-held signer and never sends the payment for you.
Promotion does not guarantee reach or results.
If your package includes a Squink Fun X retweet, quote-post or shoutout, delivery remains subject to the relevant platform and account being available and the announcement being suitable for publication. No impressions, engagement, market activity or financial result is guaranteed.
Checks can be revoked for abuse or policy violations.
Squink may revoke or hide a Check for credible security or abuse risks, impersonation, materially deceptive content or other policy violations. Moderation changes discovery/presentation only and never blocks an onchain action that the contracts permit.
Onchain payments may be irreversible.
Activated subscriptions are generally non-refundable, including policy revocations, except where required by applicable law or where Squink expressly approves an exceptional refund or service credit.
Presentation is provided as available.
Maintenance, security response, chain/RPC disruption and third-party outages may affect Squink discovery, APIs or social-platform delivery. No specific placement position or uninterrupted availability is guaranteed.
Always do your own research.
Tokens can be volatile, illiquid, malicious or lose all value. A Blue or Gold Check must never be treated as financial advice, a safety guarantee or an endorsement by Squink Fun.
Order and policy evidence may be retained.
Squink may retain immutable or append-only records of accepted terms, order snapshots, payment receipts, activation, expiry, renewal, admin actions and revocations for accounting, security, disputes and operational audit.
Later purchases may use a newer version.
Each Check order records the release-supported terms version and hash accepted when the order is created. Existing evidence remains tied to its original terms snapshot.
You must accept these terms before an order can be created.
Checking the acknowledgement during checkout confirms that you reviewed and accepted these terms and understand that the order snapshot and verified Ink Mainnet payment evidence govern the subscription.
