About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Squink Fun ("Squink Fun," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit squinkfun.xyz, connect a wallet, create or trade a token, contact us, or otherwise interact with the Platform.

Squink Fun is responsible for information processed through services under its control. Privacy questions may be sent to contact@squinkfun.xyz. The interface is noncustodial and does not control your wallet, private keys, or assets.

Information we collect

The information we process depends on how you use the Platform. Public wallet and blockchain data can be personal information when it can be linked to an identifiable person.

Wallet and blockchain information, such as public wallet addresses, signatures, transaction hashes, token balances, smart contract interactions, and other public onchain activity.
Content you submit, such as token names, symbols, descriptions, images, social links, and profile information.
Communications you send to Squink Fun, including your email address and message contents.
Technical information, such as IP address, browser or device type, requested pages, request timing, and security or diagnostic events that may be processed by the Platform or its service providers.
Usage information about how the interface is accessed and performs.
Local preferences and wallet-session information stored in your browser, including theme and connection state.

Sources of information

We receive information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, from public blockchain networks, and from infrastructure providers such as wallet connectors, RPC providers, indexers, explorers, hosting services, and distributed storage gateways.

How we use information

We use information only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the Platform.

Provide token discovery, launch, trading, analytics, and related interface functionality.
Connect wallets, verify signatures, prepare transaction requests, and display public onchain activity.
Process and moderate submitted content, malicious links, spam, fraud, abuse, and prohibited activity.
Respond to support requests, questions, disputes, and other communications.
Monitor reliability, diagnose failures, measure performance, and protect the Platform from misuse.
Comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce the Terms of Use.

Legal bases

Where applicable privacy law requires a legal basis, Squink Fun may process information to provide services you request, for legitimate interests such as operating and securing the Platform, with consent where requested, or to comply with legal obligations.

Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed and may prevent some features from working.

Blockchain information

Public blockchains are transparent by design. Wallet addresses, transactions, token activity, smart contract events, and related records can remain publicly available through Ink, nodes, explorers, indexers, and other independent services.

Squink Fun cannot edit, reverse, or delete information recorded on a public blockchain. Disconnecting a wallet or making a privacy request does not remove prior onchain activity.

How we disclose information

Squink Fun does not sell personal information. We may disclose information to infrastructure and service providers that support hosting, security, wallet connectivity, blockchain access, indexing, storage, analytics, communications, or similar Platform operations.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or legal rights, to investigate abuse or security incidents, in connection with a business reorganization, or with your direction or consent. Information published onchain or submitted to public product surfaces may be visible to anyone.

Third-party services

Wallets, blockchain networks, smart contracts, protocols, explorers, websites, and other services available through or linked from the Platform are independent from Squink Fun. We do not control their availability, security, or privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information or using their services.

Browser storage

Squink Fun and its wallet or infrastructure providers may use local storage, cookies, and similar browser technologies to remember preferences, maintain wallet sessions, protect the interface, and measure performance.

You can clear browser storage or change browser controls, but some preferences may be lost and some features may stop working. Squink Fun does not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention

We retain offchain information only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, maintain public product surfaces, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect security, and comply with law. Retention periods vary by the type and purpose of the information.

Public blockchain and distributed storage records may persist indefinitely and are outside Squink Fun's control.

Security

Squink Fun uses reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect systems under its control. No internet service, wallet, smart contract, blockchain, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Never send Squink Fun your private key, recovery phrase, password, or wallet credentials. If you believe your use of the Platform created a security or privacy risk, contact contact@squinkfun.xyz.

International processing

Squink Fun and its service providers may process information in countries other than where you live, and those countries may have different privacy laws. Where required, appropriate safeguards may be used for international transfers.

Your rights and choices

To make a privacy request, email contact@squinkfun.xyz and describe the request and information needed to locate relevant offchain records. We may need to verify your identity or authority before completing a request. Squink Fun cannot alter public blockchain records.

Use public areas of the interface without connecting a wallet where a wallet is not required.
Disconnect your wallet, clear local browser storage, and manage browser or wallet permissions.
Avoid including personal information in public token metadata, profile fields, or links.
Depending on applicable law, request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information held offchain.
Where applicable, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, appeal a decision, or complain to a privacy regulator.

United States privacy disclosures

Squink Fun does not sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Residents of some states may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of personal information, or appeal a denied request. Submit requests to contact@squinkfun.xyz.

Children

The Platform is not directed to children, and Squink Fun does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information to the Platform, contact contact@squinkfun.xyz.

Policy changes

Squink Fun may update this Privacy Policy as the Platform, infrastructure, or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes may be communicated through the interface or another reasonable channel.
