Agreement
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Squink Fun ("Squink Fun," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of squinkfun.xyz, the Squink Fun launch and trading interface, and related features, content, and services (the "Platform").
By accessing the Platform, connecting a wallet, creating a token, or submitting a transaction through the interface, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
About Squink Fun
Squink Fun provides a software interface for discovering tokens and interacting with public blockchain networks, wallets, smart contracts, bonding curves, liquidity pools, and related third-party infrastructure. Questions about these Terms may be sent to contact@squinkfun.xyz.
Eligibility and lawful use
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if it is higher, and have legal capacity to accept these Terms. If you use the Platform for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
The Platform may be used only where your use is lawful. You are responsible for determining whether your use, transactions, token activity, and wallet activity comply with laws and restrictions that apply to you.
- Do not use the Platform if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.
- Do not use the Platform to evade sanctions, restrictions, court orders, or other lawful requirements.
- Do not rely on Squink Fun as a broker, investment adviser, custodian, fiduciary, or regulated execution service.
Noncustodial interface
Squink Fun is a noncustodial interface. We do not hold your assets or private keys, control your wallet, sign transactions for you, guarantee settlement, or have the ability to reverse a blockchain transaction.
Every transaction is initiated and authorized by your wallet. Public networks and smart contracts determine whether and how a transaction executes. Nothing on the Platform is financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice.
Wallets and account security
You are responsible for the security of your wallet, devices, authentication methods, private keys, and recovery phrase. Squink Fun will never ask you to provide a private key or recovery phrase. We cannot restore a wallet or recover assets from a compromised wallet.
- Review the network, token address, transaction details, approvals, fees, and slippage before signing.
- Use only wallets, browser extensions, devices, and networks you trust.
- Treat any activity authorized by your wallet as your responsibility, including activity caused by compromised credentials or devices.
Transactions
Before signing a transaction, you are responsible for reviewing its details and understanding its possible effects. Quotes, balances, prices, simulations, progress indicators, fees, and other interface data may be delayed, incomplete, or differ from final onchain execution.
Blockchain transactions can be irreversible. A transaction may fail, remain pending, be replaced, execute at an unexpected price, or be affected by congestion, reorganization, slippage, smart contract behavior, wallet behavior, or third-party infrastructure. Squink Fun does not guarantee confirmation or execution time.
Token launches and submitted information
You are responsible for tokens you create or promote and for names, symbols, descriptions, images, links, profiles, and other content you submit. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit that content and that it is lawful and not misleading.
Creating a token through the Platform does not mean Squink Fun reviewed, sponsored, endorsed, audited, or approved the token or its creator. We may restrict or remove offchain presentation content under our control when necessary for legal, security, moderation, or operational reasons. We cannot erase public blockchain records.
Trading, bonding curves, and liquidity
Tokens available through the Platform may be experimental, volatile, illiquid, malicious, or worthless. Similar names and symbols can be used by unrelated assets, so verify the canonical token contract before interacting.
Bonding-curve trading, graduation, liquidity provisioning, and post-graduation swaps can expose you to price movement, smart contract risk, loss of principal, liquidity risk, failed transactions, and other protocol-specific risks. Squink Fun does not guarantee token value, market depth, graduation, execution, or the ability to exit a position.
Risk disclosures
You are responsible for your own research, risk assessment, and decisions. Use only assets you can afford to lose. The Platform and the systems it connects to involve substantial technical, market, legal, and operational risk.
- You may lose some or all assets used through the Platform.
- Smart contracts, wallets, RPC providers, bridges, indexers, explorers, and networks may fail or behave unexpectedly.
- Market and analytics data may be inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, or manipulated.
- Network upgrades, forks, congestion, reorganization, or validator behavior may affect transactions and assets.
- Tokens and transactions can have legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory consequences.
Fees and taxes
Transactions may incur network fees, protocol fees, creator fees, price impact, slippage, liquidity costs, or third-party charges. Displayed estimates may not equal the final amount paid or received.
You are responsible for identifying, reporting, and paying taxes, duties, and governmental charges arising from your use of the Platform.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Platform in a way that harms users, infrastructure, or the integrity of the interface.
- Do not violate law, sanctions, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or the rights of others.
- Do not submit fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, illegal, malicious, or impersonating token content or links.
- Do not distribute malware, interfere with the interface, bypass access controls, evade rate limits, or overload infrastructure.
- Do not exploit vulnerabilities or manipulate displayed data in a way that harms users or the service.
- Do not use the Platform to steal assets, launder funds, facilitate unlawful activity, or conceal criminal proceeds.
- Do not misrepresent affiliation with Squink Fun or imply that Squink Fun endorses a token when it does not.
Platform interests and conflicts
Squink Fun, contributors, or related parties may hold or transact in tokens that appear on the Platform or may perform more than one role in the ecosystem. Such activity does not create a fiduciary, advisory, or similar duty to you.
Where practical, Squink Fun may use operational measures to manage conflicts, but the Platform does not promise to disclose every holding, transaction, or interest.
Transaction and activity limits
Squink Fun may apply interface-level limits, rate limits, or restrictions for security, legal, operational, abuse-prevention, or risk-management reasons. Such restrictions do not change the rules of independent public blockchain networks or smart contracts.
Third-party services
The Platform connects to independent wallets, blockchains, smart contracts, liquidity protocols, RPC providers, indexers, explorers, data sources, storage services, and websites. Their availability, security, accuracy, and terms are outside our control.
A link or integration does not mean Squink Fun sponsors or controls that third party. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
Intellectual property
The Squink Fun interface, branding, design, documentation, and original software content may be protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use the Platform for lawful purposes.
Open-source components remain governed by their applicable licenses. Except where those licenses allow it, you may not copy, sell, sublicense, or create a misleading competing service from protected Squink Fun materials without permission. Copyright questions may be sent to contact@squinkfun.xyz.
Submitted content
You retain rights you hold in content you submit. You grant Squink Fun a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, transmit, and moderate that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and promote the relevant Platform features.
Content recorded on public blockchains or distributed storage may remain available even after it is removed from Squink Fun controlled surfaces.
Feedback
If you voluntarily provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you allow Squink Fun to use and incorporate that feedback without restriction or compensation. Do not send confidential information as feedback.
Service availability and changes
Squink Fun may add, change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue interface features at any time. We do not guarantee continuous availability, compatibility with every wallet or network, preservation of offchain information, or advance notice of every change.
Where compatible smart contracts remain available on a public network, technically capable users may be able to interact with them without the Squink Fun interface.
No warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Squink Fun does not warrant that the interface, tokens, data, smart contracts, transactions, or third-party services will be accurate, legitimate, secure, complete, available, or free from defects.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Squink Fun and its contributors, affiliates, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, loss of assets, failed or delayed transactions, smart contract defects, wallet compromise, market movement, network events, or third-party conduct arising from your use of the Platform.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Squink Fun and its contributors, affiliates, service providers, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform, your submitted content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.
Suspension and termination
Squink Fun may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to interface-controlled features when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, operational integrity, or enforcement of these Terms.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including risk, fees, intellectual property, warranty, liability, indemnification, and general terms, will continue to apply.
Disputes and applicable law
Before starting a formal claim relating to the Platform, contact contact@squinkfun.xyz with a reasonable description of the issue so the parties can attempt to resolve it informally.
These Terms are subject to the laws and mandatory consumer protections that apply to the parties and the relevant use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms waives rights that cannot legally be waived. Any dispute must be brought in a forum that has lawful jurisdiction over the parties and the dispute.
General terms
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Headings are for convenience only.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement governing your use of the Platform, except where an additional feature presents separate terms.
Changes to these Terms
Squink Fun may update these Terms as the Platform, risks, or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes may be communicated through the interface or another reasonable channel.
If you continue using the Platform after revised Terms take effect, the revised Terms apply to your later activity. If you do not agree, stop using the Platform.
